返品・交換について / Returns & Exchanges
♦︎返品・交換を承る場合 / When We Accept Returns
配送中の破損・商品の不良・商品の誤送の場合に限り、良品との交換または返品を承ります。
万華鏡は手つくり品のため、一点ずつ風合いや表情が異なる場合がございます。ご不明点がございましたらご購入前にお気軽にお問い合わせください。
We accept returns and exchanges in cases of damage in transit, product defects, or incorrect items received.
Because each kaleidoscope is unique, we encourage customers to contact us with any questions before purchasing.
♢ご対応の手順 / What to Do
- 商品到着後5日以内に、お問い合わせページよりご連絡ください。
- 引き取り方法など、詳細の対応方法をご案内いたします。
- 返送の際は着払いにてご返送いただきますよう、お願いいたします。
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via our inquiry page.
- We will arrange the return and guide you through the next steps.
- Please return the item using a collect-on-delivery service — return postage is covered by us.
♦︎返品・交換をお受けできない場合 / When We Cannot Accept Returns
お客様の都合による返品・交換、またはお客様によって汚損・破損した場合は、返品・交換をお受けできません。
また、以下の場合もお受けいたしかねますので、予めご了承ください。
- ・商品お届けから6日以上が経過した商品
- ・お客様のもとで汚損または破損が生じた商品
- ・付属品等が不足している場合
- ・外箱の破損など、商品本体以外を理由とする場合
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, or where damage has been caused by the customer.
The following cases also fall outside our return policy:
- ・Items reported more than 6 days after delivery
- ・Items damaged or soiled after receipt
- ・Items returned with missing accessories or components
- ・Cases where the concern relates to packaging rather than the piece itself

当店でお取り扱いする万華鏡は、作家による手作りのアート作品です。外観・内部の個体差、素材の経年変化等は商品の不良ではございません。ご購入前に「作品について」のページを必ずご一読ください。
The pieces we carry are handmade works of art. Variations between individual pieces, and the natural aging of materials, are not defects. We encourage all customers to read our About Our Collection page before purchasing.
