♦︎How to Order
ご注文完了後、当店より配送料を含めた合計金額とお支払い方法についてメールにてご案内いたします。内容をご確認のうえ、必ずご返信ください。お支払いの確認が取れ次第、発送いたします。
After placing your order, we will contact you by email with the total cost including shipping and payment instructions. Please reply to confirm, and we will dispatch your order once payment is received.
♦︎Shipping Fees
Shipping cost consists of:
Freight (EMS or Yamato International) + Packaging fee ¥1,100 (tax included)
The packaging fee covers the materials and care required to safely pack fragile, handcrafted works for international transit.
- We are unable to ship to certain countries or regions. If your destination is affected, we will let you know after your order is placed.
- Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If timing matters, please contact us before ordering.

The following payment methods are available for international orders.
♢Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards, including:
VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club
♢International Bank Transfer
Wise(旧TransferWise)またはPayPalによる送金も承っております。
We also accept payment via Wise (formerly TransferWise) or PayPal. After placing your order, please let us know your preferred method and we will send the necessary details by email. Transfer fees are at the customer's expense.
♦︎Shipping Insurance
海外発送の商品はすべて保険加入のうえお届けいたします。
All international shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, we will help resolve the issue — but you will need to file a damage report with the carrier. Without this, the insurance claim cannot be processed and costs may fall to you.
♦︎Customs Duties & Import Taxes
海外発送の場合、関税・輸入税・通関手数料などが発生することがございます。これらの費用は、お届け先の国・地域の規定に基づき、受取人様のご負担となります。
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
As customs policies vary by country and are determined by local authorities, we are unable to estimate the exact amount in advance. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.
In accordance with applicable regulations, we declare the full purchase value on all shipments. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or alter the declared value under any circumstances.
The shipping carrier or customs office may contact the recipient directly for clearance procedures.
♦︎FAQ for International Orders
Q: Can you declare a lower value, or mark my order as a gift?
A: We are required by law to declare the full purchase value on all shipments. For this reason, we cannot lower the declared value or mark packages as gifts.
Q: How long before my order is dispatched?
A: We dispatch orders within 5 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Q: Can I choose the shipping carrier?
A: We ship via EMS as standard. For destinations not covered by EMS, or if you have a specific preference, we will use Yamato International.
Q: What should I do if my parcel is held at customs?
A: Please contact the local delivery carrier or customs authority in your country directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with customs clearance or local delivery once the parcel has left Japan.
Q: The piece looks a little different from the photos.
A: Each kaleidoscope is handcrafted individually, so variations in appearance, interior objects, and visual patterns are natural — even within the same series. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen and display settings. These are not defects.
Q: Is gift wrapping available?
A: Yes, we offer gift wrapping. Please select it at checkout, or let us know after placing your order via our inquiry form.
Q: Do you offer repairs or maintenance?
A: Yes. For issues other than initial defects, repair and maintenance services are available at the customer's expense, including return shipping costs.
Q: Is installment payment available?
A: We do not offer installment payment directly.

We accept custom orders. You are welcome to request a piece from a specific artist or specify the configuration you have in mind.
As kaleidoscopes are works of art, exact reproduction is not always possible.
